Oil Drilling

Come on...the sky is not falling. It will not ruin our beaches.
I agree that the Legislature should have taken more tme to debate this issue. It will not pass this year but it will be back when gas prices skyrocket again. Florida needs to do something now and not
wait til the gas crisis starts again.

oil drilling

NO NO NO- We do not need to mess up our beaches.  Florida is such a beautiful place and I would be very disappointed to risk the chance that our beaches could be spoiled.  The West coast of Florida has enough problems when the RED TIDE rolls in.  Once it happens then it would be too late to turn back.  NOT NOW_NOT EVER

Coastal Oil Drilling

IF you think drilling off the Florida coast is a good idea go to Mobile Bay or any Texas beach. You will need to carry solvent with you to clean off the tar after you swim!!
