Thanks for your thoughtful post, Hollywood.  After the legislative session is over next week, the folks at CIVIC can post some information about how the DROP program works, and what the media is talking about with all these references to "double dipping."

In the meantime, I'm sure there are lots of CIVIC members out there with some personal knowledge of how the system works (or doesn't work!), and informed opinions to share.
